I'm Lorraine K. Rudolph — Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Death Doula. But before any of that, I was a performer: youngest daughter, drum major, actor, nonprofit founder at 19. Always achieving. Always for an audience. And underneath it all, I had no idea who I actually was.
That drift took me all the way to rock bottom — and the way back taught me everything I now teach. Not the polished version of transformation. The real one: messy, non-linear, deeply human, and absolutely available to you, starting exactly where you are.
My vision is a world where people know the stage of their life belongs to no one but themselves.
And in that world and on those stages, we have the courage to stand up, love ourselves, accept ALL of ourselves, and rest in the deepest truth there is: we are enough, we are worthy, we are safe. There is no destination — it's just out of level one, into level one. I'm on that lifelong journey too, walking it daily through each of my own level ones.
My mission is to support and encourage alignment.
